Shipping policy

How long does shipping take?

When checking-out you will see an estimated shipping time with a potential carrier. We also send out an email letting you know when we shipped your order and how long it will take to get there. Most orders are between 1 to 5 business days. Outside the United States, orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, but generally arrive around 2 weeks after the order is placed. 

 

When will my order be shipped?

We always strive to ship as quickly as possible, and that means that most orders will be shipped the same day! If not then, the next business day your order will be shipped. We ship our orders Monday through Friday. Speedy and efficient shipping is one of the pillars of our business. Just keep an ear out for a knock on the door! 

 

Which carriers do we ship with?

We use whichever carrier is most cost effective and offers the quickest delivery. We call them "The Big Three." UPS, FedEx, and the USPS. Most of our products are shipped via FedEx or USPS. All three of these companies are reliable and satisfactory. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

How do we package our orders?

We take great care to pack our products with world class standards (oh yes!) Elephant's Trunk understands both the needs of collectors, and those of Mom's and Dad's. You are guaranteed to receive exactly what is described and in the condition that we described it. Packaging is an art form and we take it seriously, so order with confidence.  

 

What about shipping outside the United States?

We will gladly ship outside the United States! Please be expecting a few things. There is an international shipping tax that will be attached to your order. In most cases it is a small percentage, usually around 1 to 5 percent. Also, shipping overseas naturally takes more time. Your order has to clear customs before hitting the mailing system to be delivered. Most shipments outside the United States have an expected arrival date around 1 to 2 weeks, but can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. What if my order has not arrived within the estimated time?

It is very rare to not have a package arrive, but unfortunately it does happen. Please email us with any concerns at etrunktoys@gmail.com.
